USPS International First Class not working

Keep an eye on it and your fingers crossed that USPS has resolved their routing issues ... this has been up and down since last night and comes and goes ...

With luck, as things were so bad the last few hours, they have finally gotten everything resolved for good ...

I can get USPS domestic to work every time, but even after installing this update, I still cannot get any international addresses to work (including those that have been used successfully in the past). I am getting the same error message as the others

1 Did you do a REMOVE, INSTALL and Reconfigure the USPS shipping module?

2 If you go to the Developers Tool Kit and in the bottom input box type in:
usps.php

what is the version that comes up in the:
/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php

3 Did you call USPS and have them activate your account for the Production server?

NOTE: the test server never works so be sure you are on Production ...

I think you have the incorrect file, as the changes were made for 2011 ... and you are showing 2010 ...

Go to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box enter:
USPS GXG Envelopes

select Catalog ... and click on Search ...

Make sure you are using the file from post #26 at:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...S+January+2011

and follow all of the steps ...

My problem is I have never been able to get first class international to show up and priority international is the only one showing up. So naturally people get frantic when they go to order a 1 oz product and shipping comes up $38.00...

Can you please advise what to do.
I have no idea what to do here.

What is the file:
/includes/modules/shipping/usps1.php

If you do not know, download it then delete it from the server ...

Next, go to this forum thread and download from post #26:

The January 2, 2011 version C of the USPS shipping module and follow the instructions to save your settings to NotePad then do a REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure of it ...

Next, check the settings in Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... and see what you have set on the Tare Rates ... set those to 0:0 ...

On your 1oz product, what have you entered for the Product Weight?

Thanks for the quick reply... I have all our products set to 0.1 lbs and all other shipping is correct but international has just never showed up for first class. Only priority.

The usps1.php is more than likely my original.
When I first started doing the mod downloads I would put a 1 behind the original incase whatever didnt workout so I could go back to the original :))
