I am using version 1.3.8 fresh install with no uprades, addons or customizations. I have searched and found other people's entries with the same error message, but they did not have the answer for my situation. We are not using PayPal. The cart can be viewed at https://www.keyboardconceptspiano.com/cart

No matter which item I select or which method of shipping I select, I still receive the following error...

Go the the Modules ... Payment ...

What Payment Modules are installed?

Do you have any installed that are turned off? If so, these should be REMOVED by clicking on them and clicking REMOVE ...

Do you use Sort Orders? If so, be sure that if you have 1 Payment Module set to a Sort Order that you have set ALL of the installed Payment Modules to its own, unique sort order ...

Do you use Zones on your Payment Modules?

If so, do you have Valid Zones for your Payment Modules?

Check the Zone Definitions and check the Details to make sure that you have set the Zone up correctly ...

The only payment module installed is Credit Card - Offline Processing. I set the zones to none and it seems to be working now. Thank you!!!

You are most welcome ... thanks for the update that you had a Zone set on your Payment module that was blocking it from running ...

Remember Zones are only needed to block or limit who may use a Payment or Shipping module ... if there are no limits then there should be no Zone ...
