Show "Starting At" on Product Listing Page

We price everything by attributes and would like to have the phrase "starting at" or "priced from" show on top of the price shown on the product listing pages. Very basic, no extra formatting just those words. Something like:
Starting At
$487.00
...more info

Right now we of course get the "price" and the "more info" as these are stock features. I'd just like to add that phrase to the price description.

I have read several threads that talk about this request, however, all have included other functions concerning quantity discounts, ect. and code suggestions seem to do more than I'm asking for.

I do have "Starting at" turned on in the admin, so no issue with product pages.

OK, how about this? In the header above the product listings that says product image, item description, and price, can I get a heads up on where that text is defined? I think that changing "price" to "priced from" will suite my needs, just having difficulty finding which file its in. Searching developers toolkit returns multiple results, but none of them seem to whack me over the head as being the right one. Also concerned about losing the sort function. Don't think that changing text would affect it, but don't really know.

I think this may be a good work around. The answer to my original post (after lots of reading) now seems like a lot to accomplish a little.

In a copy of this file for your template /includes/languages/english/index.php find:

 define('TABLE_HEADING_PRICE', 'Price');

Alter what is between the pair of single quotes
