    Default Orders not showing up, but still charging CC

    My zencart is intermittently not showing the customers order. It does however charge their credit card. The customer is getting a server error screen. I have not changed anything for months and this just started. I am using linkpoint api. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    No, I haven't applied the patches, I am always afraid of messing things up worse! However, I have been running this cart for 2 years now without any "real" issues other than some attributes that linkpoint don't like. I got hundreds of sales through Christmas without any failures and I haven't changed a thing? The last sale that failed was a single item with no attributes. The payment went through, but the order does not show up in zencart. The customer stated that when he confirmed the order, after a long wait, he got an server error screen. Could this be from my host server timing out?
    I am also considering switching from linkpoint to authorize.
    Will this help with the errors, especially with attributes?

    Here is what I was sent by the customer.....

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
    to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, [email protected]
    and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have
    done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an
    ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Every time i've read about that kind of error it's been something wrong with the server.
    If you don't have access to the server log, see if your hosting company will give u the details: they hold the keys.
