Trouble with Product Reviews

Wondering if someone could help.

I have checked the settings in admin and everything looks fine, but then again I am not sure what I am looking for entirely.

When you go to my store www.petacularboutique.com and you click on write a review...the page seems to simply refresh and does not bring up the customer log in to write the review, it does nothing really.

I am wondering if it is a simple setting or a completely different problem all together?? Any input would be appreciated.

It's sad to see that nobody has answered. I find the response time on this forum is usually excellent.

I can't help you, but maybe I can point you in the correct direction.

If you hover over the button, you will see that the path is identical to the page path in the address bar, thus the reason for the refresh. The path is displayed on the bottom left in Firefox.

If you hover over Tell a Friend, you will see that the path is completely different.

I see that you've changed the buttons, and you may have screwed something up in the process.

If you're just using the standard Zen Cart reviews, it should work unless you've made drastic changes to your code.

I think your problem is in:

includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php

Lines 184-198 if it's a new ZC install.

The template may have written the file to an over-ride so look in your over-rides folder first.

I use a free program called WinMerge. http://winmerge.org/

It enables you to open two files and compare them line by line and swap code between one and the other.

I'd be comparing the original ZC file above and the one in your over-ride.
