errors and some problems can anyone help me?

okay i installed zen cart. and then i added easy populate and it seemed to be okay.
i added some products.
all seemed okay then i added a bunch and it all went to hell
i also notice this whn i populate

can anyone help me?
also i have a problem all of the prices are out of whack and the mfgs are wrong
something is going screwy. i also can not get easy populate to kick out proper file

been reading the wiki and cant find mention to those errors.
i cant even get a clean download from easy populate so i am thinking something went wrong.
