Trouble enabling a shipping options

Hi,

I am having trouble enabling a number of shipping options.

Options: Store Pick up and FREE SHIPPING! can be enabled
Options: Flat rate and Free Shipping Options can not be enabled.

Flat Rate: I have no tax rates and no zones selected.
So I assume it would always appear. It doesn't.

Free Shipping Options: I have no tax rates and no zones selected.
I have specified Order Total >= $370

Even when I created a Zone for Australia and tried different combinations of All Zones and my particular state, I still could not get it to display.


I have enabled Modules -> Order Total -> Free shipping


I am using Zen-Cart 1.3.8
No upgrades and no add-ons installed
made a few template customisations, but still same issues when using the sample green template, so it shouldn't be my display customisations

Resolved my issue.
My products were designated free shipping. I changed my products to be Normal Shipping Rules and magic my shipping options appear!

Thanks for the update that your Products were set to Always Free Shipping and it was resulting in your shipping modules not showing ...
