Internal Server Error

Hi can anybody cast some light on this.
I had the cart working fine untill I tried tio install the OZPOST module and I must have realy messed up so I deleted it all and wanted to start again but all I get now after the Hello Thank you for loading Zen cart page. I click on begin installation and then get the error below.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Check that your folder and file permissions are what they should be on your server

yes tried that even tried making them all 777 just to test but nothing yet. I am uploading a fresh set of files just in case something got corrupt. I do have backups of files I changed but cant get to that point again yet

Have just uploaded afresh set of folders and files and made sure that the attributes are correct but I still get Internal server error and now surly it must be at the server end and so I may have to wait for 2 days as server support sort of is no existent at weekends

Can you get just a html page to process?
