SSL Certificate Errors

My site is hosted by BlueHost. I recently purchased a dedicated IP and SSL Certificate. When I go to my site via https: it does pull up my site but then shows a certificate error stating mismatched address. I contacted BlueHost and they say there is no mismatched address and to contact ZenCart for support as it must be a ZenCart issue. Any suggestions? I have the ZenCart book and have gone through all the steps outlined on pages 368 and 369 and this makes further issues so I have backed out those coding issues. Currently the only thing that has been done regarding the SSL is through BlueHost.

What is the URL?

It is most likely that your SSL and store use different hostnames. www or not, domain validated SSL are almost always for only one hostname, as the wildcards are more expensive.
