cant switch templates

hello all, I have a pretty big issue with my cart, when I try to change template, my site goes crazy.

right i am using the cherry zen temp with a modified stylsheet. please take a look at the attached and let me know how bad I screwed it up

yeah, there is an issue. I cant switch to any other templates and it affecting other add-ons.. I will switch to a faulty template so you cna take a look

Most times an addon has you copy files to "Your_template" folders
For these to work, you need to also copy the files to the new template structure....and images also.
If you have background images called in the stylesheet you would need to merge these alterations into the new template stylesheet

so are you saying to add them to "my template" and the default template

I don't see where I said "default template"???

If the cherry zen template comes with a file that either you or a mod also has edited/added

Then one must MERGE the content differences into a single file
If a mod adds/edits a flie that you did not edit/override then it needs to be copied to the new template.

As most edit copies of lang files like english.php, header.php, meta_tags.php

One needs to place copies in the cherry zen folders created at their respective levels and again if this template also has any of these files as part of the template merging will be required
