Alter sign up template

Hi All,

I would like to change the fields order on the sign up template.
Which means when user sign up he will first choose his country then
state, address,city, zipcode.
I have setup the site on dreamweaver but when I load the file tpl_modules_create_account.php i see on design mode bunch of php files.
Any idea how I can change the order?

Open the file in a plain text editor and reorder the form

I have not seen one - ane not been looking - as php is an assemblage of page parts on the server this makes it hard for WYSIWYG
