Problem with missing customer data after rebuilding store

The shopping cart has been functional for over 1 year. Then we reinstalled a new zen cart (Since the old one had too much Chinese writing in it) - We transferred all the paypal data, customers, products, etc. The server has not changed. But it is like 10% of the orders that come through do not have customer information.

I'll look deeper into the paypal module and see... and turn on logging.

The only new modules that they have from before rebuild was Super Orders and Google Analytics by Andrew. Everything else is the same.

The client told me that the address information cannot be seen on the PayPal site either - not sure if that is related or not.

Since the customer must have an account in your store before they can complete checkout using Paypal Website Payments Standard, that means you've got something wrong in your store.
Or maybe these are returning customers and all your old customers' address data didn't get copied forward when you manually tried to move things around.
