Custom invoices payable upon reciept

Hello,

Is it possible to create and send a customer a customized order or invoice that they can pay upon receipt from the admin side of Zen Cart?

I have customers that place orders that we use our own freight company for. I currently have to use my virtual terminal to complete these transactions as each freight amount is different or send each customer a PayPal invoice for the total due. This obviously takes up a great deal of time and I was wondering if Zen Cart is capable of simplifying the process for me at all.

Customers do not have access to the admin side of ZenCart

Thank you for your response. I fully realize that customers do not have access to the admin side of Zen Cart. I would not want my customers to have access to my admin side as that certainly wouldn't be secure. My question was perhaps misunderstood in that I want to create the invoice on my side to send directly to the customer.

I also understand that Zen Cart is not an order fulfillment assistant and is a shopping cart. I was merely looking to expand my ability to serve my customers in placing their orders.

Thank you for the suggestion but there is nothing standard that I could integrate as the shipping cost varies on the carrier that my broker uses for each shipment.

It sounds like Zen Cart doesn't support what I am looking for right now but that's not a problem as it works fantastic for my store and I will just continue invoicing via PayPal when needed. Perhaps one day such a modification will be possible.
