Vat problem

[Jeet Kune Do]

In the step 2 (payment) of checkout I have the following table:

Zone Rates (Shipping to SI):

€6.67

Total: 

The problem is that the "ottax" fild is empty, it's show only 6,67€ and there is no explanation of what is that ammount. I would like the text to show: 20% of tax

I had set up a tax of 20%
