Dropdown box is empty

Hello,
Running v1.3.8a
I've installed Products w/ Attributes Stock

Currently I have items in our shop that have attributes attached to them (such as S, M, L) with quantities in stock. That is all working fine. The shop is now asking to add a dropdown for the item of "How did you hear about us?"

I created a new attribute with values such as TV, Radio, Newspaper. I added this to the item but when I go to the item, the dropdown is blank. Do I have to do something also in the Products w/ attributes stock section to get this to work? I'd rather not have a quantity next to Radio, TV,etc like I do for the S, M,L.

Ideas? Other options to try? Maybe I should be adding this to a separate section of the website instead of attaching to the item?

Unless I'm missing something, there's a mod here: http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=186 that adds a 'How Did You Hear about Us' to (I think) the account creation process, which probably makes more sense than the product info page.

Does this mod only show up for new account creation or any order?

I haven't used it, but I assume it's just when an account is created.
