Add text to shipping estimator page

Hi All,
I have my cart set up to show the shipping estimates on the shopping cart page instead of the default pop-up window. I would like to add some text to inform the customer to contact us if shipping looks off (too much). I have seen some insane estimates from some of the customers that are willing to contact me.

Ideally this could be placed directly below the "Estimates Shipping Costs" and before their address. Anyone have an idea? I've searched and can't find much.

Any help is VERY appreciated!!

The default file you'll be needing to edit is
/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_shipping_estimator.php

I suggest that you copy this into the /CUSTOM/templates/ folder if you plan on making any changes.

The "Estimate Shipping" page has black text on a black background.

can you change that in:
tpl_modules_shipping_estimator.php

Or do I need to change something in a different file?

Also, if I have the correct file...how do I change the font color for the pop-up window?

You can, but you shouldn't.

Use the stylesheets. This kind of thing is why they exist.
