I'm suddenly haveing a similar problem. The email confirmation notice is not being consisently sent nor the copies to customer service. Additionally, we have a [email protected] address which is the PayPal acct. and while the Paypal order is processed the nitification to this acount is also not being sent back to us.

A direct email to the customer from the Admin side works. A test order resulted in the test customer getting the confirmation order but the copies to the store (customer service) failed . Big problem because customers call a say 'where's the order' and we have to scramble online to check.
