need help

I want to change the text at the top, Silver state ad co, to something else. for the life of me i cannot remember how to change it. i have been into the css, index.php, header.php, etc. any help appreciated.

also - how to i change the page tab to reflect my site url instead of the "Zen Cart!, the art of..."
