Colum grid layout issues for 1.3.8

I have looked all over for this problem. I read over the same problem here, and double checked how the mod is installed just to be sure. Everything is installed as it should be. When I finished upgrading, the column grid layout went wonky. I reinstalled the upgraded version of the mod for 1.3.8. I assuming that by installing the upgraded version of the mod, it would straighten itself out. If you look at the page link I provided you'll see what I mean. It does this in all browsers too.

The actual product listing looks fine. No problem there. but when you scroll down to the New Products below the listing, my problem becomes obvious. It is repeated all over the cart for all the New Product boxes, featured etc., I removed the Featured Boxes for now. Before I upgraded, ALL my products were displayed in neat, tidy columns, 4 across. Not a problem. Now, not at all. It doesn't make any sense. I've tried changing widths, narrowing the column of the left, everything that might possibly cause this. Nothing works.

Column-grid has nothing to do with new or featured listings....
Yours is an excessive padding issue change to 1px
