Can default Zones countries be edited?

Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Patch: 1::
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

There are 3 zones given by default.

Now I have read that this number can be increased.

But my requirement is simple.

I want 3 zones depending upon the shipping price in the following way

1) US
2) Canadan, United Kingdom, Australia
3) Rest of the World

Now, How do I go about adding Australia & United Kingdom in the 2nd zone

Also, please tell me if changing the way you will tell can alter/edit/erase any of the current settings

My site is already running well and I would not like to disturb anything on my own unless it is simple. If it requires BACK UPS/Software knowledge, I would rather hire someone before doing it.
