If you look under 'ADD THIS ITEM TO MY CART' there is a dropdown box with the options there.

Here is a screen shot showing that they are there, but I'm still getting the message telling me that they arn't in stock.

My Bad - - But I do not experience the issue

I added each option one at a time and it was in a cart successfully

Lever(s) - Clutch & Brake (F11BS+H11BS)
Lever(s) - Clutch (F11BS)
Lever(s) - Brake (H11BS)

I modified the PHP file and removed the text 'The combination of options you have selected is currently out of stock. Please select another combination.'

The error is still happening, it's just hidden now. I can live with that as when a product is out of stock the customer can see that.
