Hello
Shop generated emails now which used to show our correct email address have now started to show the email address followed by "sent by..." then our user name and server/host name. Any suggestions?

Maybe ask your hosting company?

What email transport method are you using?
php and send mail will display as coming from the server
smtp will display as coming from your emailZen cart PCI compliant Hosting

I asked my hosting company but they were as much use as a chocolate tea-pot! However I have changed the settings as per above and it works fine now. Wonder why it started doing that, because we've not changed anything. Thanks for your help :-)

Hello - Actually changing it to SMTP didn't work (I was mistaken), we still get the same problem. Any other ideas?
