categories-tabs code

i'm using a custom template which obviously wasn't configured for categories-tabs to be displayed. It has a table based structure so i was thinking of adding a row and display categoies-tabs inside it.

can someone please tell me what code do i have to insert in that row (to call up cat-tabs)?

Look in /includes/templates/template_default/common/tpl_header.php to find the stock categories-tabs code. You should be able to copy that into your custom version of the file.
