editing the page title

hi sorry if this has been asked before i did search so far ive been doing fine just need to know how and were to look to edit page2,page3 etc titles example instead of it saying page 2 i would want it to say general help or whatever thanks for your time and this great software

To alter the readable description of say page2 - Edit a copy of your engligh.php file and search for page2 and change the description that is between a pair of single quotes to what you want INSURE that you retain the single quotes - save and upload to your template
