You could try Langer's uninstall (see the readme and install TXT files in the mod package).
Or you could use phpMyAdmin to drill into the configuration table in the database and manually remove the duplicated entry... It will probably be towards the end of the configuration data... So use the "pages" selector in the screen to go to the last page, then work backwards - it will be quicker...20 years a Zencart User
