I have set the option to send HTML emails. Also user set the option to receive HTML emails. The issue is that user do not receive it, with email client that allows HTML emails.
I agree that text format is the best, however HTML emails has some benefits. And as i understand this script can sent both versions at the same time...
OK if i stick to text emails i want it to look like this:
Hello,
Welcome to our store. We hope you will find the stocks that we offer interesting for you.
Enjoy your stay...
istead of thet i get this text like this:
Hello,
Welcome to our
store. We hope you will
find the
stocks that we offer
interesting for you.
Enjoy your stay...
So can you (or someone else at least tell me why my email text is sent like this, and how to fix this?
Thank you for your time!
I am having this same problem.
I have multiple Zen Cart clients - some hosted with the same hosting company on the same servers (shared hosting) in some cases and the same settings in the cart to deliver HTML emails, and three clients' emails send out no problem from the admin... the html recipients get theirs and the plain text get the plain text. I have two clients that I can't get the html emails to work to save our lives. Again, same admin settings in zen cart, same versions of zen cart, same host, and SAME server as three of the clients that I have no problems sending an html email. HELP please! I'm desperate to determine the problem.
Thanks,
Kristin
Anyone?
Please...
I would think that Zencart would send the HTML emails the same way every time, so the problem must be at the recipient's end.
