The example image you give indicates the layout is for Featured Products...
There are SEVERAL template files that govern the structure of product displays, depending on the context in which they are being displayed...
All Products
Featured Products
New Products
Upcoming Products
Product Listing
Specials
If you want that layout to be universal across all contexts, then there will be some big edits to a large number of files...20 years a Zencart User
