Need a Mailing List Form

Hi Everyone,

So I have my "Down for maintenence" screen up on my website. My question is, is there a way to add a mailing list form to that Down for maintenence page? This way people can sign up for the mailing list?

Some combination of the Newsletter Subscribe mod and the Sidebox Anywhere mod might work, but it would probably be tricky to set up. How long are you going to be down for maintenance?
