I am very new to this program and have tried to search for an answer to this question. I received a new order confirmation msg
from my zen cart but when I logged onto my gateway to capture the
funds I found that the authorization had failed because the CC billing
info was incorrect. The gateway is veloct, I am using v1.3.8a and the
merchant account is fasttransact. The programmer there had to update the code to enable zen cart to work. My question is does zen cart send out a new order msg even if the CC has not been authorized?
I apologize if this is a stupid question but I cannot seem to find out if CC authorization is a prerequisite for zen cart sending out this msg.
Any help would be appreciated
