preg_match() Unknown modifier 'a' warning in Admin Additiona Images addon

I'm trying to install the addon for additional images offered in the Admin interface for Additional Product Images

called admin_interface_for_additional_product_images_1, I'm getting multiple preg_match warnings:


Warning: preg_match() [function.preg-match]: Unknown modifier 'p' in /home/mysite.com/admin/additional_images.php on line 232

is this a known issue and if so, is there a work around? Or have I some how botched the installation of the addon (wouldn't be a first for me :)????

mine is doing the same thing...I reupped the files again that it called to do and the category column title is not naming itself like it is written to do then when you click the "manage" link below it you are getting multiple instances of:

fortunately this is the test store so nothing is broken in my live one but i would like to implement this one there.

going to the line shown does not have any lonely "a" at all

does anyone have any idea what to do with this.

Did you work out what the problem was?
I have looked everywhere in the forum relating to this mod.

nope I just looked...the category column not being named has been fixed becasue I accidently left out a file but the errors still show when the "additional images" are clicked. You get the page to browse your computer to upload an additional image and directly below is about 12 or so error messages...each with the same two lines mentionsed.

I checked and there is no single "a" in the file that is alone and not set right...that I could see anyway.

mmmmm I get same but 'p' as in first post.
I have mentioned this problem in the forum thread for the mod so we will see if I get anything there. Thanks for replying.

well fortunately mine is in a test store...and I have since installed image handler where I can not only upload the images...have the software set them for the lightbox feature but also when I upload the images through IH2 I can choose to organize them by vendor/product so if the vendor should decide to pull the item or update it then I can just toss out the fodler and start fresh with the new files.

I was going to use this add on until i installed IH2, now I don't think it is needed.

Had this problem, and t has been bugging me. solved it (today!!), but uploading the main image to the 'Main directory' from the upload list, not one of the sub directories, maybe this can be updated.
