Option Values are not shown

I have read via the tutorial and follow the instructions to place option names & values. Now I set up an option name as Size and option values 35 36 37 38 39 respectively. But none of the option values is shown on the page as in the attachment. Anyone knows whats wrong? I have read via articles in the net but I can find a solution yet.

When you add to a product via the attributes controller- -
Are you adding the option name paired with a single value and repeating once for each value?

First I choose the product that I want to add attribute, then I choose 1 option name and 1 option value, next I click inser...so I think I am doing 1 option name with a single value and repeating for each single value..Any idea what might have caused this? Thanks. Hope to solve it badly!

I'm in the same boat trying to add values for gift certificates. For each attribute I selected an Option Name and an Option Value.

What's weird is when I select preview attributes, it shows the drop down with the values. Frustrating.

Not sure if you've resolved this, but what ended up working for me was going to Catalog > Products with Attributes Stock in the Admin. Once there, I added a stock quantity to my Gift Certificate product and it worked.
