Problem with IE and UTF-8

I have installed Zen cart shop.
Than i start translate my shop. I install UTF-8 support pack on clean zencart. Than i start translate to latvian. All is ok, but i have a big problem. In mozilla, opera, chrome all contect and tables show good, but in Internet explorer i have shift to the left. What is the problem??? And it is on the latvian(my translated) and lithaunian what download from this site. Russian and english language all is ok, no shift to the left in IE, but when i choose latvian or lithaunian, what are save in utf-8 format i have a shift to the left side
