i download it ,i install zencart 1.3.8a, when i install it on my hostmonster.com ,it work. But when i install it on dreamhost.com or godaddy.com,it doesn't work.so i think dreamhost.com and the godaddy.com maybe disable some function.
can anyone tell me that they disable which plug_ins ?

First why are you installing with 3 different hosts?
The issues with a host are best discussed with them
