Template format help!!! Newbie here

I am shopping around for a template, and I am not sure what template formats will work with zencart. Is there a specific format I should be looking for?? Also, will the template below work with zencart?

ONLY ZenCart templates

These there appear to be from Template Monster

Search here for Template Monster before you buy as they take license with the code that precludes functionality and assistance on ths forum for their templates is limited

As kobra has already stated, ONLY Zencart templates will
work with zencart i.e. free templates at
