Blank page on checkout(adding details page)

When adding a product to the basket, then procceding to checkout to add details for a new customer we get a blank screen. If you refresh the page, the page then the page and details page reappears correctly.

Not sure what the problem is.

Start with opening english/meta_tags.php and escape the apostrophe in Men's in keywords and description by adding a backslash in front of it:

Men\'s.

(As well as any other apostrophes that I didn't see.)

Still getting the same error's as before. I had 7 myDEBUG files. Showing these erro's. When you get to checkout, to submit details, the page is blank.

When you mentioned the /english/meta_tags.php. Not sure what you mean't by doing this, can you explain more.

On line 236 of the meta_tag.php file it as the code:

$meta_products_name .= $meta_products_price;

So im am assuming the problem lies with that somewhere, but not sure what.
