I am using several payment methods in my shop, amongst others Cash on Delivery. I do however from time to time experience that the customers do not go and collect their COD packages in the post office, which after a while is returned to us by the post. This does cost us money in the postage we put out, and of course irritation and extra work, plus that the item will be unavailable during the 2+ week period the package is waiting by the post office, potentially costing us a sale...

I was wondering if it is some how possible to block such customers from using this spesific payment method, i.e so that they are still allowed to buy, but only if they pre-pay.

Any ideas?
