    Default Options that multiply price

I've been looking all over the forum for the answer to my question and I haven't found it yet, maybe someone out there can help?

I want to set up an option that will MULTIPLY the price of the product including the other options. I accomplished this once by changing the label on the add to cart button, but I need to do it again.

    Any suggestions?

I also need to know how to do this. I sell geese either as :

1.) straight run (mixed males and females as hatched)
    2. ) pairs including one male and one female.

Straight run there is no Sexing cost. Sexing Charge is $2.90 per pair.

I want the customer to be able to order 1 straight run or 1 pair. But the pair would be twice as much plus $2.90.

I have not found a way to do this by looking through the book, the forum, and playing with the options myself. Can someone please help?

Right now sexed just adds 1.45 per goose and 2 sexed geese means 1 pair.

This link helped me figure out how to do them as a pair. I put a price factor of 1 in. This makes it so that it multiplies the price by 2 which is peculiar but works for me.

I also needed to add $1.45 per bird for sexing charge. I put +2.90 in for Price adjustment in Attributes.

    It works perfectly.

Studionagy, Hmmm. I am not sure exactly how to multiply the options as well check the two links above and maby this one.

I added a multiplier (in the price factor box) but it only multiplies the base price. I want it to multiply all the other options as well. It doesn't make sense to me to only multiply the base price on an item priced by attributes.

    Help!

You know your right. http://www.purelypoultry.com/toulouse-geese-p-542.html Normal toulouse geese are 10.34. And if you multiply that by 2 (price factor of 1) and add 2.90 for sexing charge as the pair price does that is wonderful.

But Giant Dewlap Toulouse are 75.34 and if we do a pair of them the 10.34 and the +65.00 both need to be multiplied by two (factor of 1) and add 2.90 for sexing charge.

That is dangerous only charging 88.58 for something that needs to be over $150.
