No COD Payment Method Loading

Need to add COD to my check-outs. I have enabled the module and made the correct zone changes but the COD option does not show up on payment pages? Can anyone help?

NOTE: COD does not work with Virtual Products ...

Do you have a Zone setup on the COD payment module that might be blocking it from showing?

Yes, zones are setup to match the test user account. However the "set order status" is at default. would this make a difference? i also have deactivated shipping modules.

Ok, so what if the product I'm offering is neither virtual (in the sense that it is not downloadable), but neither is it a physical thing. For instance, I provide tutoring services. The idea is that the customer books online, indicates that they will pay in cash, and then turns up at the alloted time with cash. What's the best Payment Method to resolve that requirement?

You could use CHECK/MONEYORDER... or rather, a CLONE of CHECK/MONEYORDER.

This module allows checkout, for payment that is to be made later (usually by check - (UK cheque) or a moneyorder.)

I also clone this module for use as a BANK DEPOSIT module, or an ACCOUNT HOLDERS module, so it would suit your purposes nicely.

If you are not already using this module, then there is no need to CLONE it. All you need do is change the DEFINES in its language.php file.
