Problem with shipping address not transfering

I hope this is the correct forum.

I'm having a slight problem. My store accepts payment through PayPal. Once someone has placed an order I go into Paypal and I ship via USPS (mostly Priority Mail).

Now for some reason the customer's shipping information is not transferring from PayPal to the appropriate fields in the USPS shipping screen. If I ship a single order no information is transferred. If I use multi-order shipping the first and last name will transfer to the USPS but not the shipping address, city, state, or zip code.

If I go and look at the customer's details on the PayPal website the shipping info is present there, but it's just not transferring to USPS side when I'm making shipping labels.

I've been copy and pasting the info over. It would be a HUGE time saver if I could get the info to go over automatically.

I've seen several topics reporting this same problem. Has no one found a fix? None of the staff going to respond?

How the data is handled on the PayPal site is something you have to talk to PayPal about.
