this might be something obvious and i am just missing it but i cant figure it out. the gift certificate faq section contains:

Please choose from one of the questions above.

how do i make it show everything from gv_faq.php?
i cant even figure out how to edit that already shown information.

any help..as simple as it probably is would be absolutely helpful.
