Removing line breaks from sidebar?

Guys, the tutorials and this forum have been super helpful in my first venture into Zen Cart and I believe I'm down to my final bug for the fish store.

How do I remove the line breaks between the categories? I modified the tpl_categories.php and was able to remove them from the information links, but not the categories. Any ideas? Also on a sort of related note, stupid IE isn't displaying the sidebar properly. The links are showing up red & blue instead of black with a black border.

It's the display:block; in #sideboxContent a that's doing that.

If you want to have all the boxes the same width, the easiest way I've found is to install this mod: http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...oducts_id=1307 and style it as a list.

Just be aware that that mod makes one continuous <ul> list, regardless of subcategory depth, so you will be unable to style sub-subcats differently if you want to. It won't generate an HTML error, but it is semantically incorrect if you have any subcategories.

Yea, I know, but the person I'm helping with the site doesn't want subcategories to show at all in the sidebar so that shouldn't be a problem.
