Hello
I have a site set up to charge UK VAT at 17.5% but it keeps removing the tax when people purchase - but when I test it it charges me Tax...
Any ideas?

IS your site a CONSUMER RETAIL (B2C) site, or a WHOLESALE (B2B) site ?
If it is B2C then you are legally obliged to display your prices INCLUSIVE of vat, and do not need to split out the VAT.20 years a Zencart User
