So, it sounds like I need to find the Admin screen for the All Products list and set it there...and where in the Admin would that be?

That's the one - I just rechecked it, and it is set to zero.

I see a similar screen in the "Utility Scripts" page.

But, in the "Manuals" section, I see:

With an "Add this to my cart" button at the end.
