Changing Status Names (Delivered, Pending, Processing etc)

I would like to change the names of my status options (mainly Delivered to Posted) but I am not sure which file to edit to do so. I did a search in Developers Tool Kit on Delivered and it didn't come back with anything remotely close. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Peek in your Zen Cart Admin at the Localization ... Orders Status ...

You can customize the names there ...
