I want to have access to all of the zencart queries and options so that I can integrate it with my .net front end application. My .net app will access the zencart database and extract and insert data such as categories, products, details etc. I can connect to the database directly but if someone made a web service module then that would reduce my work a lot.

Sounds like you might be attempting to use ZenCart piece meal??
That is not how it is designed to be used...

Can't you load ZenCart on your Windows server?

Does it support the AMP stack?
