red flag cut and paste error - how do I clean up from MS Word?

I cut and pasted a WINDOWS WORD document into one of my subcategory pages [looks like this form] then added the photo. I thought it would be copy above the category choices. Instead it messed up the colors of type and added a bunch of links to the page. I don't have a clue about what to do.

I certainly would appreciate any help.

    Rule One...

Make sure there is a distance of at least 4,867,997,997 trillion miles between zencart and any program with the word "Microsoft" in the title.

Just remove what you inserted (I can't actually see where the mess is to be honest...) and do future edits in a plain text editor...

[FONT="Garamond"][SIZE="3"]Thank you so much for getting back to me. Where do I find plain text choice in ZC. I would spend more time in the Admin Panel, if 1] I knew where it was, and 2] if I understood any of it.

When you are in the category or product creation pages, in the upper right corner there's a dropdown to select Plain Text or HTMLArea.

You can copy and paste into the description box, but you don't want to do it from most WYSIWYG editors. They add too much extraneous styling stuff. Use a text editor (Notepad, even) and add the styling manually, or, better yet, add divs to your copy and images and style them in the stylesheet.
