Issue with php files not loading suddenly ...

I use version 1.3.8a
First everything was working fine and suddenly today when I want to enter my site (http://www.esoxshop.nl/winkel/) my browser wants to download the php file instead of just opening it.. Is this a problem with my host or did I do something? Only editing I did today was some images..

Check your htaccess file for a "add handler" entry

That is all that's in there not sure if this is good ? Btw this is the htacces file from my root directory..
