You might post a link directly to your test entry

THIS IS WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED
"This fake rock cache will have them seeing red, when placed amongst other rocks, it blends in so well, they will probable move it aside when looking. Place this "rock" in a park, public gardens, playground, anywhere where a rock will blend in, I tried one of these as a cache a while ago, beside a creek, amongst a pile of rocks, rating 5, one day I will go back and try and find it again, get what I am saying, not all your caches should be easy.

The logbook container is NOT waterproof, but like all our caches, it comes with rite in the rain paper, and a spare.
Lenght 90 mm width 35 mm, height 60 mm."

THIS IS ALL THAT MAKES IT IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
"This fake rock cache will have them seeing red, when placed amongst other rocks, it blends in so well, they will probable move it aside when looking."

THIS IS WHAT I END UP GETTING WHEN I GO IN TO EDIT THE PRODUCT AGAIN (plain text)
"<p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal">This fake rock cache will have them seeing red, when placed amongst other rocks, it blends in so well, they will probable move it aside when looking."

WHEN I GO BACK IN TO HTML AND DELETE WHAT LITTLE IS THERE and GO BACK INTO PLAIN TEXT after supposably deleting it all, I SEE THIS
    "<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><br /></p>"

THIS IS HOW IT IS MEANT TO LOOK

I PRESS PRIEVIEW, LOOKS GREAT, I press update, and it reverts to this

I tried it in Explorer and firefox, same issue.

All I can suggest is that you compare ALL the files to your test store
As you see it is supposed to be functional, so there is some difference

    There is your problem!!!

NEVER use MS Word as your source

Only a plain text code editor or add directly via the keyboard

You are a bloody champion, I didn't even realise, thought I was being smart, saving time. The first time I did it, it dropped the pic, and didn't add the section about log sheets or measurements, and dropped the pic. The second time It added the text and rule lines, haven't tried the pic yet, but should be ok, if not I will work around that with an add on, or link it to my yet to be made base website for more pics,

If you get paid to do this, thank you, if you are a volunteer, thank you so very very much, owe you a beer. sorry, looked through smilies, no beers.

This is still not working, well randomly it seems to, I type everything in manually, and when entered, I stoll only get the first 2 lines, so much time wasted typing in so much information, which I recall was the reason I tried copy paste from word in the first place, I had the problem before that, word was my attempted solution.

    There must be another problem???

I don't like the text entry because everything is bunched, no spaces, no paragraphs, is there another solution if I can't get html working?
