Using Dual pricing - shows wholesale in checkout for all customers

I am using V1.3.8a I have added Dual Pricing 1.5.
My problem is that all customers now receive the wholesale price. A guest can add an item to the cart & retail price shows in cart. A logged in retail customer will see the retail price on the product page but it changes to wholesale price when added to cart . As soon as a person logs in or creates an account to continue with checkout the wholesale price is shown in the cart.
Please help - I have to honour these sales at wholesale prices. I need to fix this problem asap. An alternative would be going back to group pricing - but I don't want to do that as wholesale prices differ in %.

To temporarily fix the problem I have created a site wide sale with a 0% discount. This allows the correct wholesale or retail price to show in checkout - but it looks very messy - having a 0% sale! Really need help

Its ok - its all good now. The DB had not defaulted to 0 for the table 'customers_whole' . I have changed this & now when a new customer account is created it defaults to 0 for the wholesale pricing level.
