canada post module oversize?

Ok, so

The Canada post module seems to be working correctly, except when I try and check out a larger package.. say 30" x 10 x 4 inches

it says to large to be packaged..

Does anyone know if this is coming from the canada post sell online server or have I configured something wrong.
